Buklet

Buddy reads without spoilers

In a buddy read everyone moves at their own pace, and that's where spoilers happen. Buklet solves it with rooms for each book: the comments for each part unlock only when you reach that milestone.

How a room works

  1. Create the room by choosing the book and how you track progress: pages, chapters, percentage or minutes.
  2. Share the 8-character code with your group.
  3. Set milestones, for example every five chapters.
  4. Everyone updates their progress; reaching a milestone opens its comments.

Great for

  • Book clubs that meet weekly or monthly.
  • Friends reading the same book in different formats: print, ebook or audiobook.
  • Group rereads of a series.

What you see inside the room

Each participant's progress, completed and upcoming milestones, and the comment thread for every part. The room creator can close it to new members once the group is complete.
